There are several stand out occasions, One time happened in early 2014. At the time I was renovating my unit at Roselands. Of course being on my own, I had to hire contractors-one such contractor was a Kitchen builder. After I decided he was the one-he began to drive a hard bargain-was problematic, although I had good reason to hire him. Of course I was not willing to proceed. Luckily I could get advice from Pamela. Expertly, Pamela contacted him and quickly sorted him out. He tore up the contract he had worked out, revised the terms and conditions and I was happy to sign the new contract. I also learned from this experience and feel better equipped to handle any similar Reno job-I would fare better now.
I could go on, but will stress Pamela and the team at Robert Sharp have handled all aspects in real estate with enthusiasm and expertise.
