Four Thousand Pound Home!

The Packer family originally purchased 88 Payten Avenue, Roselands for 4000 pound in the early 60’s and sold it today at auction for $1,036,000 being a massive $86,000 above the reserve price. The family were justifiably overjoyed with the result.
