For over 40 years, Robert Sharp Real Estate, The Professionals at Beverly Hills have been setting the standards in both the Sale and Management of residential and commercial properties in Beverly Hills, Kingsgrove, Narwee, Riverwood, Roselands, Peakhurst, Peakhurst Heights, Lugarno, Bexley North & Bexley.

With a string of RECORD SALES to their credit, along with numerous street and property type records, you know that they are working to achieve the absolute highest price on every property sold.

Originally located on the corner of King Georges Road & Morgan Street, adjacent to Beverly Hills railway station, the business commenced trading as Clock Real Estate in the mid 70’s by Robert & Wendy Sharp.

The name was later changed to Robert Sharp Real Estate, and then in 1987, we joined the Professionals Marketing Group.

The office has, from its inception, been a family business. Robert Sharp is still actively involved in and a Director of the business.

His sister, Pamela Brooke-Wood, has overseen the Property Management Department for over 30 years and is also a Director.

His eldest son, Gavin Sharp, who started at age 13 as the Saturday receptionist and worked his way up to Salesman and then Sales Manager in 1993 is also a Director and the licensee in charge.

Roberts youngest son, Andrew Sharp, is also involved in thebusiness.

As the business expanded and required a larger premises, in 1998 we purchased our current premises at 526 King Georges Road, Beverly Hills (the old Post Office building) when Australia Post relocated.

Whilst retaining our commitment to excellent customer service and achieving the very best price for every property sold through our agency, we have also kept up to date with the latest in technological change.

Our website & database systems are second to none and we have an exceptional presence on the main website portals of ‘Realestate’ and ‘Domain’

We have also kept abreast of demographical changes within our area.  One example of this is the addition of Tim Teng to our sales team.  Of Chinese background and speaking fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and Shanghainese, Tim has been an invaluable member of our team for over 18 years.
