Calm and Professional Demeanour.
I initially spoke to Sid, as well as other real estate agents, so I could get a feeling as to which agent I could communicate comfortably with, trust and not feel pressured by at every turn. In my first phone call to Sid I was pretty much sold! Then after meeting with him and having a discussion with my family we decided he was the agent we were looking for.
In the past I have had no faith in real estate agents and I have had bad experiences. They promise everything and rarely deliver.
Selling my late parents home and the house that I grew up in was a traumatic task, I needed all the calming help and advice that I could get throughout this process.
