Dear Pamela,I am writing to you regarding one of your staff, Amelia, who has worked hard and done a wonderful job on one of my 2 Flats that Robert Sharp Real Estate manages for me. With the Roseland’s Flat particularly- (and also the Park Road Flat) Amelia has put in a lot of effort to contact the client and persuade him to pay his rental arrears to avoid ending up at a tribunal.
